Our (2) turret punch presses equipped with automatic 4’ X 8’ sheet loaders along with our manual feed turret punch press can produce your parts in any quantity needed to meet your schedules.

LASER CUTTING

Our Amada 2KW laser allows us to produce contour shaped parts without additional tooling costs. It also allows us to produce your prototype or short run parts quickly without the need for tooling setup.

PRESS BRAKE BENDING

Our precision CNC press brakes with precision ground tooling, allow us to reliably produce complex bends. The program storage capability minimizes setup for future production requirements of the same parts.

SPOT WELDING – STEEL, PRE-PLATED STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL & ALUMINUM

With numerous spot welders and our in-house tooling and fixture capabilities we can produce your assemblies.
